The Kitchen is the heart of the Centre and plays an important role in the daily functioning of the centre, and in the well-being of our residents and day workers.

The kitchen serves three meals per day, as well as tea times for residents, day workers and staff.

The team prepares meals for the residents and staff, and is tasked to keep the kitchen and dining-room clean and tidy. They also undergo training to prepare refreshments for meetings and internal functions or catering.

Salad and vegetables from the gardens are always welcome when preparing meals, and organic scraps from the kitchen are composted to fit in with our eco conscious approach.
