The Propagation team is based at the nursery behind the Centre.
Food Garden
Established in 2020, this area has since been expanded to include 15 raised beddings in which various vegetables and herbs are cultivated in our own food garden.
The aim is to make the centre more sustainable and reduce the cost of buying in vegetables. Vegetables harvested are used in the kitchen, or sold, or donated to Stellenbosch Werkssentrum.
